Kalan is an industry leading impulse, souvenir, gift, and toy manufacturer and distributor for nearly 50 years. We develop and distribute our product lines to mass market retail chains as well as individual souvenir, zoo, aquarium, and theme park locations nationwide.

You will be expected to interact with customers, reps and our production team via phone, email, and in person at trade shows. Attention to detail, great communication skills, and the ability to form professional relationships with our clients and leads is the highest priority. This position is based at our office in Lansdowne, PA and is 100% in-person during the training period. After training is complete, most employees work four days on-site and one day remote per week.

Our Sales and Customer Service Associate will take and confirm orders, manage key accounts, upsell when possible, follow up after trade shows, handle customer issues, and so much more!
